Details: Arriba Nacional - this special and more rare variety grows only in Ecuador and in some parts of Colombia. Its taste profile is strong, chocolaty with a fine floral and slightly nutty note. Suitable for the preparation of drinking chocolate, pralines, smoothies, for baking and more.

Suitable for ceremonial use.

Tip: Have you ever tried it with our cacao from Peru? You can mix 15g cacao from Peru + 15g cacao from Ecuador ad a pinch of chilli (basic recipe, can be mixed with other ingredients) and mix with hot water...enjoy. Absolutely delicious!
